Rising to an elevation of approximately 1,600 meters (5,249 feet) above sea level, Patla Betta stands as a silent sentinel, overlooking the rolling hills, dense forests, and verdant valleys that characterize the Coorg landscape. The name "Patla Betta" translates to "thin hill" in the local Kannada language, reflecting the gentle slopes and slender silhouette of this majestic peak.

The journey to Patla Betta is as much a part of the experience as reaching its summit.
